PELA was founded in Hong Kong in March 2011. This year is the eighth year of the company's establishment. In these eight years, PELA has grown steadily along with the increase of personnel and the growth of performance. We always adhere to the vision of putting people first, integrating history and artistic expression, and working hand in hand with customers to create a better living environment.
The eighth anniversary event was held in the Royal Hot Spring Resort in Zhuhai. On June 14, colleagues from various departments of PELA took their bags and embarked on a two-day, one-night tour of the Royal Hot Springs.
Before dinner, PELA co-founder Mr. Johnny Li (Johnny Li) gave a short speech and award ceremony. At the ceremony, Johnny looked back on the company's eight-year journey, and thanked the employees who served the company for more than five years, and then awarded the 2018 outstanding employees.
A variety of mini-games are set up in the hotel: playing devil, basketball kid, laughing out of teeth... Everyone eats and plays, completely releasing the pressure of working hard on weekdays, and the small game of "brows and eyes" test colleagues Tacit understanding.
Looking at the movement of the small round ball, our emotions also change with the trajectory of the ball: I am afraid that the ball will fall into the hole and make the game end nervous, and I will relax temporarily when I see the ball hiding from the hole.
If we can’t do it once or twice, we will come again for the third time, the fourth time... until the small ball reaches the finish line successfully, we let out a sigh of relief, cheered and shared the joy of the winner. How to cooperate with them is whether I raise it or the other party lowers it. This balance of trade-offs and balances, the small game originally hides the truth of life.
One chopstick is easy to break, and ten chopsticks are hard to break. Stamp tickets won by playing games can be redeemed for small gifts, and redemption of small gifts requires at least 20 or more stamps.

Through the joint efforts of everyone, we have won more than 200 stamps, and finally we can pick our favorite prizes in the gift exchange area. Sometimes it is true that we can achieve our goals with our own efforts, but if we work together and work together, it is possible to create miracles.
In order to enhance the understanding among colleagues in various departments, the administrative team specially designed this collective activity. The activity started in the form of a game. The first game named "Hanging to Warm Up" freely combines holding groups by listening to passwords. Groups with inconsistent numbers and passwords will be eliminated, and those that match will win.
The second game is "Your Name". The game starts with a personal self-introduction. After all the hosts have introduced, the host starts to randomly name Chinese characters. This game mainly tests everyone's familiarity with colleagues.
Because most of the work is usually carried out in the group, it is necessary to remember the name of the entire company at once, but it is not a lot of colleagues. After introducing themselves one by one, everyone tries to remember more names.
After the game, the knockout and the winner all sang a song "Friends" impromptuly to end this fun collective activity.
