Landscape Architect 1 Person / Experience 5-7 Years / ShenZhen
Job Responsibilities
- According to the current situation of the site, it can propose innovative and implementable design schemes; translate the needs of Party A into reasonable designs, complete the scheme design, and draw the scheme design drawings.
- Responsible for project promotion, overall plan design, lead the team to complete the design plan deepening, and control the renderings, models, multimedia and other design results.
- Assist the director to report on the plan stage, and can better express the conceptual plan with hand-drawn sketches.
- Responsible for technical coordination with various professions, answering technical queries from all parties in the design process.
- Assist Party A to provide construction site services.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creative design of the plan, and participate in the drawing of the expansion and construction drawings.
- Assist the designer to do plan analysis, section, elevation and modeling, PPT layout work.
- Hand-draw the general plan and assist the chief designer to discuss the project intention with Party A.

Job Responsibilities
- Design the construction drawings according to the project plan, and complete the CAD drawings according to the requirements of the engineering drawings.
- Responsible for solving problems on site and completing design changes.
